Holly crap. I am down 10 lbs since starting back in September. It has been such a struggle to lose any weight since going through menopause so early in life. Maybe there is hope.
My headache is also gone. Learning to love my coffee Americano style instead of filled with heavy whipping cream.

171.3 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
