All it takes is just saying enough is enough. But that's up to you. You can change your life today with the right mindset. I did it because I want to be here as long as I can for my children. You can do the same thing!

Boone: That's a great question! This will be a multilayered answer so bear with me. I hadn't always been overweight. I went through some trials and tribulations during selling my business [actually still dealing with it legally] but I found solace in food. Put on so much unnecessary weight. Before gaining weight I was a pretty confident guy. But I lost it man... I didn't want to see myself in a mirror or even be out and about. I started praying a lot and asking the lord for strength to get myself back to where I needed to be. Then finding out man I can still eat a bunch of stuff I like. You don't have to be a vegan or only eat salads. There's lot of stuff you can still enjoy within reason. Also with covid attacking/killing overweight persons at an alarming rate.

Along with I had a few guys I knew from school. All of the sudden passing away in their sleep from heart attacks who were 300 to 350 lbs. That was enough for me to say now is the time. I didn't want my wife to wake up to find me dead. I know that may be a little farfetched. But if I kept on the way I was going I know that was going to happen. My kids deserved more than that! Once you start stacking days you start feeling so much better. You can't believe how great you will feel. I have endless amounts of energy to do anything man. So as I ramble to you... there was multiple reasons why to do it. But it just has to click for you. It finally did for me... maybe us having this conversation is your sign. It's time man... let's do this!
