I walk everywhere and joined the challenge to take the stairs instead of elevator and escalator. I can't run because of health issues. So if it gets to far I take my bike. I also wanna start rollerblading and I'm working on my tush and abs (also joined a challenge for that)

Running can be a bit difficult because of health issues. However, running provides overall health benefits, the same can be achieved by cycling.
