BF est 9.6%

Upticks in both weight and the body fat estimate. Still within the usual range, though, so no alarms yet. Maybe caused by some of the unnecessary pre-bed snacking lately? It's just been like...carrots, and some whole grain crackers with a smear of almond butter or cottage cheese. Nothing too devastating calorically, anyway. Wonder if it's just getting stored as fat because of the timing, though...

Or I'm probably obsessing too much about each tenth on the various gadgets that measure me every morning =p
152.4 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
