Merry Christmas to all! I am determined to staying with this until I’ve lost too my goal weight that is my early new year’s resolution. At least I have practice which is more than my other new year’s resolutions!😅
173.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
