Day 11 and the drop keeps on dropping. Staying focused before the Christmas weekend
Determination is everything. The goal has been set, it's time to achieve
159.0 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
