Things went pretty good this week. I haven't done a lot of experimenting with food, since it is still very basic. No bread, etc. Still living on beans and rice, vegetables and fruit. Tried making low fat salad dressing, but would rather go without, just not good to me. I did discover that Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt! Wow, can't believe it is 0 fat! Much creamier and not as sour as Dannin.
