I actually started this diet on 3/25/11. Sometimes it's not so easy because I am hungry and at other times it's not so hard because I want it so badly! I have recently hurt my back picking up my 18 month old, but as it starts feeling better I have started walking again. I use to walk anywhere between 8 to 10 miles a day and when I was doing that I lost 156lbs. Between a relationship and two kids I have gained all of that plus almost 40lbs. Since I started the protein shakes last Friday I've already lost 12lbs. I can do this and I will. Thank God I have friends and family who support me! Thank God I have a God who will continue to give me the will to do this! :) Have a great day!
