Slow but going down. Just found out I might have a thyroid problem too, so maybe that's causing such a slow loss. Gonna try to be very light on carbs this week!
137.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
