121.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't sweat it too much. I started at 24% b.f. half a year ago and through focusing on my nutrition and exercising I am now down to 9%. Just keep working at it.
