Slow and steady wins the race. Yesterday was very hard. I was really hungry for some reason. I'm not sure what caused the offset.

In other news... I get an iPad today!!!! (not excited)
183.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
