he he he!!! i can't believe the figure of the scales actually!! wow ... i just can't believe it. i have been eating quite good recently, eating clean is the key point, but last night i just had one whole serving of chocolate lava cake. i did exercise most days of the week using the challenge of Brazenfit - butt exercise, AB exercise and thigh exercise... i am going to do it everyday...
i don't think i will count and key in the calories intake anymore, those only limit my food eating and i fell weak. i just eat clean and not stuff myself anymore. Regular exercise as well...
