Day 7 and a little side track after an evening at the cinema watching Spiderman with my old man, however getting back on track today ready for Christmas week, staying focused this week
159.6 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
