I was only planning on weighing in once a week, but I thought, what the heck? Yesterday was a lovely day and it showed by loosing more than a half a pound again in a day! =]
226.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
