I discovered I was doing a Weight Watcher's "No, No!". Once I started to become point conscious, of course I wanted to make smart choices. Unfortunately, I have 31 points I must eat. I found myself eating 6 times a day and staying full, but only averaging 20-22 points. At the begining of this week I gained two pounds back before I discovered the "why". So then I bumped up my points and had a couple of flat days...now it seems I'm on the move again (just a little bit anyway).
