Gettin some good drops lately, finally committed to scaling back the after hour nosh sessions, vegetable soup has been the reason . It's lo cal and filling.
241.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
