Today i feel super fat… but the scale says different….
266.8 lb Lost so far: 63.1 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2158 kcal Fat: 102.97g | Prot: 138.75g | Carb: 151.41g.   Breakfast: SPAR Full Cream Fresh Milk, Jungle Oats, Coffee with Milk. Lunch: Boerewors, Boiled Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking), McCain Mixed Vegetables, Lean Minced Beef. Dinner: Vinegar, Sugar and Water Dressing, Lean Minced Beef, Cucumber (with Peel), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Boiled Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Red Onions. more...

Nats i am lucky in this sense i was given a very good scale that is super accurate. But i also take 3 readings before i enter it on my app just to make sure
