Good day of eating yesterday. Was off from Squash and gym. Today off to solid start. Did 35 minutes of stair master then played squash with RR lost 3-1 . Good start to day.
Weigh in is after exercise.

I have noticed that my squash results are weaker due to lack of intensive gym work. The formula is simple FOLLOW IT!!!
194.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
