Had pizza last night. I did limit myself to only 2 slices. Other than that, I ate pretty well. Was way under my 1500/cal limit. BF'ing really helps since I still can't exercise. I really want to get on the elliptical, but my stomach is still hurting from the last time I tried it. Only 3 more weeks until my next dr's appt and he will be releasing me then... I really need to learn patience!
205.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
