Well I went to Wendy's yesterday and used a coupon for a free burger and small fries so I went over on my calories. Today will make up for it though. I'm still losing!
159.4 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
