Still waiting to see if I will stabilize below 240 before I call it. As is normal for me, my weight fluctuates up and down 2 or 3 pounds per day, which is why I look for trends. Overall, still doing good. The whole family continues to improve, and we are VERY thankful that my wife is doing all the meal planning and prep to keep us on track. The food has a virtual lock on it and nothing is eaten without her approval :D
239.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
