Oh well it's off to sunny Spain tomorrow for 31 days. I'll try to be good. I'll be ecstatic if I can lose some weight, but happy to maintain it. Must keep off the vino and do some Zumba😀

168.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb. Still to go: 14.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

A week into my holiday and I think I've maintained my weight. Trouble is I bought some scales and they only weigh in KG. How do I convert this to stones?
