been a wile have not been good with my diet had a cople of bad weeks had to replace bathroom floor then my brothers wife son passed away and i am a stress eater if i could only stop eating when i get stressed and i dont eat things that are good for me oh well will have to start agin wish me luck

297.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
