Solid day of exercise. Much squash. My game is out to lunch right now. That may be a function of my weight. Need to get down to 180 with first priority. Blue berry shake to start the day!
195.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
