Truthfully I haven’t done so great the last few months. When I was doing *better* I was eating a lot more vegetables -I felt less hungry while doing that - and a lot less salty food. Counting everything I ate and trying very hard to stick to my calorie allotment for the day. I know what I’m doing wrong now, but just can’t seem to get a handle on it again. I hope you have better success.

Always keep your sight on the prize. Even with a bit of up and down it’s still success if overall you are still headed for the goal post.
November and December are hard months for many people.
