Today, I weighed myself for the first time since January, and I haven't lost any weight. Well, that I know of. The scale at home seemed to be right around 156 but the scale at my gym was around 163. Either way, I am doing more exercise than I ever have in my entire life...and there is no weight loss. It is extremely frustrating, but I have no choice but to continue. I don't want to quit! and get bigger, and be more and more mad at myself. Sigh...
Anyone have any tips for me?
