OKay so doing and feeling way better than I was last week! the weekend was productive and I didn't over indulge as much and I kept my eating as healthy as I could on a random running everywhere schedule. Proud and expecting som more weight loss this week woo hoo!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
