Lol. 139.8 must be the magic number this month.

I slept in today, for the first time in a while. It felt so good. Ahhh. Then I cleaned. Like hardcore cleaned. It looks awesome. I love having a clean place.

I might go to the fitness center later to work out a little. My arms are really sore from my workout yesterday. And my abs. Rawr. I still think I'm looking thinner/more toned but haven't lost any weight or inches. Hmm. Oh well. Hopefully after next week that will be different.

I have pretty much stopped counting calories. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. I stick with (mostly) healthy choices and don't go overboard on my portions. I got really sick of tracking everything that went into my mouth. (Wow, that sounded really dirty to me... Lol.)

139.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you can maintain everything without counting calories, that's a VERY good thing. My uncounted days have a habit of turning into fried pie and burrito days, so I'm stuck crunching numbers for a while.

Good for you! I love having a nice, clean apartment! Counting cals can get obsessive sometimes. I know it does for me. It's good to take a break for a while, especially when you are pretty much maintaining. Hope you have a great weekend! :)

Yeah, I am very happy I haven't gained, even when I haven't eaten 100% healthy.

Just try to keep an overall idea of how much you are consuming day by day, it doesn't have to be precise. Some theories advocate a free day (eat whatever and how much ever you want) to break through a plateau, afterwards you get down to serious dieting business. Keep up the excellent work on the exercise, that is bound to have a very positive effect shortly.
