thx for the kudos. my workouts are getting better. diet is solid. i expect the weight loss to slow for a bit as I am going to hold diet at 2500 DCI rather than reduce...should give me a chance to make good habit of this diet and work on exercise, then I can get more aggressive with the diet if needed.
