my weight over the last few weeks has fluxuated as low as 135 and as high as 141. I have recently changed medications, and that has caused a bit of a difference adjusting. I am stabe again and back to 137 now, which is where I was when last I weighed myself on here.
I have been eating well and discovering new foods.
I'm also quitting smoking. I have decided to exchange exercise time instead of smoking as often as I can. I want to come up with a 10 minute stretch routine that can easily be done outside of work on my breaks. It will also help get me through some of the tougher cravings at home. I think this will help me lose weight and maintain a healthier body all around!
