I feel like I've found my stride. Crossing my fingers and enjoying the success 😊
261.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I will run with this...as long as I can. It seems that eating super small meals (about 250 cal or less) 4 to 5 times a day REALLY works for me, and keeps me from feeling hungry or peckish. I have to remind myself to eat again at the end of the day, but I can live with that. 😊
