this week was topsy turvy; somehow, I maintained and didn't lose or gain. this coming week, all bets are off! I want to hit that 30 pound mark and I want it badly! I've been doing this for 6 months now and I'm proud of the lifestyle changes I've made in my life. Fried food almost never touches my lips and I always try to make healthy choices. Granted, I slip up...but I always forgive myself and get right back on track. when I slip, the only person I'm hurting is myself, so I think it's just easier to stay on track.
