Can't seem to get my carbs down.🙄
141.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

864 kcal Fat: 40.78g | Prot: 46.68g | Carb: 47.66g.   Breakfast: Blueberries, Carman's Fruit Free Muesli, Danone YoPRO Vanilla Yoghurt. Lunch: Perfect Italiano Mozzarella, Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Lemnos Fetta Cheese, Spinach , Pura Thickened Cream, Egg (Whole) , Woolworths Greek Style Feta, Black Tea. Dinner: Cooked Mushrooms (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Green String Beans, Sweet Potato (without Skin, Cooked, Boiled) , Cooked Pumpkin (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Woolworths Feta & Spinach Chicken Sausages. Snacks/Other: Coles Iced Christmas Cake Slices, Coca-Cola Coca-Cola Zero (375ml), Brandy. more...
