Today my weight is not a real reflection as I have been in bed sleeping for the majority of the day. I know I should have gotten up but I have been suffering from low energy due to a hectic week at work and school. I am going to zumba tomorrow and it always gives me a nice boost. I also downloaded and did the seven minute workout app which is easy and fun.
