Husband in hospital again and I am eating take-away rubbish again. Stress and I are not good together. Head finally straight today and I am setting up a proper menu of food and exercise for myself for the week. I'm no good to him when he comes home if I'm off-colour too.
188.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That sounds stressful. There is low calorie take away. I travel a lot for work. I opt for rice paper rolls, sushi, or chicken burgers, grilled fish, calamari tandoori chicken etc in case you don’t have time to cook
