I went down 5-6 pounds, I use the scale at my work, as a CNA, so its not digital. I was so happy. That my wall of 210 was finally broken. FINALLY!!!! It gives me good vibes. That hike was a great idea and even though I was so tired and dead afterwards it was really nice out and I got some great pictures.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
