An increase borne of bad food choices and little to no exercise. Recently I heard someone say "You either change it, or you choose it" and I've been trying to keep that in mind when making choices for food and spare time.

Happy Saturday FS
166.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Losing weight doesn’t fit well with “If it feels good, do it!” To me that would mean lying around all day eating ice cream. Maybe it’s I’ll be satisfied if I eat __(healthy item) and I will be proud that I __ (exercise). Somehow got to find a zen without the amazing joy and high of biting into a “no, no.” BTW, I preaching to myself!
