I'm on day 5 of the phentermine and I can say I feel great I have been watching what I eat and I am not at hungry as i usually am plus i havent had any sugar since sunday so that's another plus I'm also more awake than i usually am note energized and drinking more water than i was
284.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
