Back to work. Yesterday I couldn’t eat . I just ate what I had to to keep my stomach from grumbling. A little disappointed because of my ounces up, but it has been that way since I started.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
