Well, I knew my metabolic rate had slowed over the years, but I'm happy with 3.8 lbs lost in November.
Finished the month with 1621/d average. On to December.
226.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

great job on the weight loss. also a fun fact, recent studies suggest that our metabolic rates don't begin to slow down until well into our 70s and even then it's only by a few %

Thanks for the encouragement. Been doing cico with success. Feel like my burn is 2000-2300, so keeping my intake at about 1600 (now with fatsecret average monthly help) results in about 4-6lbs per month net loss. One of the health guys I follow on social media thinks I can get my burn much higher, but I'm somewhat confused on the exact mechanism. And, not sure if I want to mess with my success.
