I figured the scale would go up today, but on 0.6 lbs. Thank goodness for the work week where I can eat so much better. Started eating KASHI GoLEAN Crunch form breakfast. Now I just have to get more healthy foods to bring for my lunch instead of trying to find something around the house. Thank goodness I work in a hospital and they have healthy lunch choices.
