1836 kcal Fat: 102.44g | Prot: 170.04g | Carb: 87.91g.   Breakfast: regular cream cheese mini, Advantage Caramel Double Chocolate Crunch-3 net carbs, boiled egg. Lunch: green peppers, ken's northern italian, iceberg, baby spinach, tuna salad. Dinner: kens peppercorn ranch, baby spinach, chicken breast, miracle whip, starkist tuna. Snacks/Other: sargento light string cheese, Dannon Light & Fit carb and sugar control. more...
