Yeah. Finally weighed in. Four pounds lighter. Not bad. I'm feeling motivated. I had a great workout yesterday and came home full of energy. I haven't felt that good in months. I went from exercising five days a week to doing absolutely NOTHING. Gonna try to commit to at least three days a week for now. Anything is better than nothing. Long journey ahead but I think I'm ready for it. Keep thinking about the clothes I'll be able to wear again. That will be nice.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
