After Good Friday, I was able to start re-introducing foods. None made me feel totally terrible, although none made me feel my best either. Yesterday I started a 2 week trial of Whole30 + small cheats at each meal (for example: adding condiments, or a sprinkle of cheese, or drinking a tea with milk and sugar). I am now down another pound! I am doing this trial until Mother's Day weekend. I will enjoy food that weekend and then we'll go from there. If I lose weight these next two weeks then I might continue on with Whole30 + cheats, but if I don't lose weight fast enough until then, then I will do a true Whole30. I am trying to get my mom to join me after Mother's Day, but I don't think she will, which is too bad because she weighs more than I do.
