Had meatloaf.Hard to calculate calories or carbs..mostly beef and a few crackers...need to do protein 3x a day...back on following Atkins...this one meal a day does not work...maybe 3 protein shakes and some chicken...need to loose 20 pounds in 3 weeks...doable...not fun at all.I added Green tea with hoodia capsules and alfalfa tabs yesterday...
