I've been slacking on calorie count and weighing my food and I'm honestly surprised I've continued to lose weight, I've had some fast food recently and went overboard, gorged on sweets too... Stress eating. I've been afraid to weigh myself the past several weeks. I'm still losing weight!
187.2 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have been moving a lot more so maybe that helped. I was honestly shocked. Very pleasant surprise.
