Almost a 2lb. jump, I hate this yo-yo effect..I was still about -700 calories and I still bounce like a rubber ball at times, so close to my goal too. These last few pounds are definitely the hardest.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 88.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
