Well, at this morning weigh in I hit my "target weight" for the first time... My first target, that is... My next goal is to drop another 10 pounds before we go on our cruise in June... When I come back from that I'l probably need to lose that ten all over again!
235.0 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
