I had to take a trip out of town for a week and got a little careless with my eating habits. Plus, I was not able to do any of my daily workouts. In just those few days my weight drifted back up. When I got home, I weighed 199 and had to go back on my diet to get back to 192. I started my weight loss 18 months ago at 240lbs. My body still wants to be 240, so I have to be careful and stay active.
