Ladies & gents
I am in my last week aka prep week. I have been hard at work to loose as much weight as possible and put in on as much lean muscle as possible. But here i go. I HOPE I WIN!
271.8 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 November 2021:
2413 kcal Fat: 94.83g | Prot: 129.86g | Carb: 258.06g.   Breakfast: SPAR Full Cream Fresh Milk, Coffee with Milk, Jungle Oats. Lunch: White Bread , Pepsi Pepsi, Burger King King Fries Regular , Burger King Whopper. Dinner: Vinegar, Sugar and Water Dressing, Boiled Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cucumber (with Peel) , Lean Minced Beef, Green Peppers , Tomatoes, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types) . Snacks/Other: Bananas . more...
